Papers of Frank R. Morris, 1905-1956.

The collection contains personal correspondence of Dr. Morris; letters and papers from his school days in Indiana and the University of California, Berkeley; plus the estate papers of William M. Tucker, geology professor at Fresno State College, and Morris' brother-in-law. A series of correspondence concerns a perpetual calendar Morris patented. Printers blocks of the calendar are also included. Other materials document his membership in professional organizations, and his career at Fresno State College. He was head of the Department of Mathematics and Engineering and was the campus armed forces representative during World War II. The collection also contains several unpublished works by Morris, as well as a number of photographs.
